Base Configuration

Complete Your Business Profile
Navigate to Settings → Business Profile to add your legal business name, address, EIN, and contact info.
Set Up Your User Profile & Availability
Go to Settings → My Profile. Upload a photo, connect your personal calendar (Google/Outlook), and set your meeting availability hours.
Upload Brand Assets
In Settings → Company, upload your company logos and define your brand colors for use across the platform.

Advanced Phone System Setup
Configure numbers, compliance, call routing, and IVR.
Acquire a Phone Number
Go to Settings → Phone Numbers. You can purchase a new number or follow the steps to port in your existing business number.
Complete A2P 10DLC Registration
This is a mandatory compliance step for business texting. Find it under Phone Numbers → Trust Center.
Set Up an IVR (Phone Tree)
Navigate to Settings → Phone Numbers → Manage Number. Create an IVR menu (e.g., 'Press 1 for Sales, 2 for Support') and route calls to different users.

Website & Funnel Hosting
Connect your domain to your new website or sales funnel.
Add Your Domain
Navigate to Settings → Domains and click 'Add New Domain'. Enter your domain name (e.g., 'www.yourdomain.com').
Update DNS Records
The system will provide an A Record or CNAME value. Add this record in your domain registrar's DNS settings to point your domain to our servers.
Link Domain to a Website/Funnel
Once verified, go to the Sites tab, select your website or funnel, click Settings, and choose your domain from the dropdown.

Email Marketing Setup
Connect your domain for professional email sending.
Connect a Domain/Subdomain
Go to Settings → Email Services. We recommend using a subdomain like 'mail.yourdomain.com'.
Add DNS Records
Copy the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records provided and add them to your domain's DNS settings at your registrar (GoDaddy, etc.).
Verify the Domain
After adding the records, click the 'Verify' button. DNS changes can take up to 24 hours.

Give it a name, description, and upload an image. Select the product type (Service, Physical, etc.).
